This piece is a color scan of the American Flag limited edition print, formed using only the words of the American pledge of allegiance. The pledge is written exactly thirteen times in this piece in the Diwani Jali Arabic calligraphy script, forming the official proportions of the flag of the United States. It is written nine times in the seven red stripes, and another four times in the blue around the stars.

هذه القطعة  هي النسخة الأصلية الملونة للعلم الأميركي، شكلت باستخدام كلمات التعهد. التعهد بالولاء مكتوب مرتين في هذه القطعة,مشكلاً النسب الصحيحة الرسمية لعلم الولايات المتحدة. التعهد مكتوب مرة واحدة في الخطوط الحمراء السبعة، والتي تمثل سبعة من المستعمرات الثلاثة عشر الذين تمردوا ضد البريطانيين في الحرب الثورية. يتم كتابة التعهد مرة أخرى تماما من البداية إلى النهاية بداية باسفل الزاوية اليمنى من المنطقة الزرقاء وراء الخمسين نجمة التي تمثل الولايات الخمسين
