This design was developed in collaboration with Sanaa Ayoub for her project “Merge” (Merجe). This is a fashion collection mixing the East and the West, combining calligraphy by Everitte with the words of the feminist authors Joumana Haddad and Leila Baalbaki:

I am a woman, they think they own my freedom, I let them think so and I Happen.

I don’t bow but I think, I don’t accept I chose, I am not given I take.

I live, life today is all mine.
